Canderel and KingSett Capital recently acquired a parcel of land near the intersection of St. Clair Avenue West and Oakwood Avenue in Toronto’s Wychwood/St. Clair West Village neighbourhood. The land, previously owned by Main & Main Developments, has been earmarked for a new high-density luxury community.

Canderel and KingSett immediately set about hiring TACT Architecture to put together a bold new design concept for the project, which is now branded as St. Clair Village Condos. The project has also been marketed as 900 St. Clair Avenue West Condos, reflecting its future address in this popular and central Toronto district.
